3. Artwork, Product Details and Availability

We aim to provide accurate information for every artwork listed on Veressa. Product pages may include details such as artwork descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, prices, finishes, and available options.

Despite our efforts, product information may occasionally contain inaccuracies or become outdated.

The appearance of a physical artwork may differ slightly from the image displayed online. Screen settings, lighting, photography, colour profiles, and normal production variations can affect how colours, textures, and finishes appear. The physical product supplied to you will therefore be the final reference.

Product availability, sizes, variations, and customization options may change without advance notice.

If an item is affected by an obvious pricing, availability, stock, or technical display error, we are not obligated to complete the affected transaction.

You are responsible for checking the product information, delivery estimate, and applicable policies before completing checkout. Where specialized advice is necessary regarding product use or another matter, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

4. Placing Orders and Fulfillment

To purchase an item, select the desired artwork, add it to your basket, review your order, and complete the checkout and payment process.

A confirmation email is generally sent within 1–2 business days. Once confirmed, processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Production and shipping transit generally require a further 3–5 business days, resulting in an estimated total standard delivery period of 4–7 business days.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or partially fulfill an order where circumstances require it. This may include insufficient stock, an incorrect or invalid delivery address, suspected fraudulent activity, or another order-related concern. Items may also be shipped separately where appropriate.

If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the details supplied during checkout and issue a refund where applicable.

By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes, fees, failed-payment retries, subscription charges where applicable, and other incidental charges that may legitimately arise.

Shipping arrangements are subject to our Shipping Policy, including its free standard shipping provision within the United States. Customers outside the applicable shipping area are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and associated charges. Tracking information will be supplied where available.

Orders involving personalized or customized prints may not be cancelled after production has begun.

Applicable taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination.

5. Prices, Discounts and Promotional Offers

Prices displayed for our wall art and canvas products may be adjusted from time to time. Changes may result from supplier costs, material expenses, market conditions, seasonal demand, or promotional campaigns.

Discount codes, bundles, limited-time offers, and other promotions are governed by the specific conditions provided with each promotion.

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be combined or stacked.

  • Promotional discounts do not have a separate cash value.

  • Multiple promotional offers cannot be applied to the same purchase.
